Mango Peda

Ingredients to make Mango Peda

  • Milk - 1/2 litre
  • sugar - 4 tbsp
  • semolina - 4 tbsp
  • mango pulp - 12 tbsp
  • ghee - 1 tbsp
  • clove for garnishing

How to make Mango Peda

  1. Take a kadai. Add milk.
  2. Once milk comes to boil, add rava and sugar. Let it boil on a low flame.
  3. Once the rava is boiled completely, add mango pulp. Stir constantly adding little ghee till it forms a solid mass.
  4. Once cooled, grease your palms with ghee and shape into pedas.
  5. Garnish with cloves
