ABOUT Ginger Chai RECIPE

A hot cup of ginger chai perfect for winters !

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1/2 spoon sugar
  2. 5 pepper grains
  3. 10 grams ginger
  4. 1 tsp tea leaves
  5. milk or lemon juice as per taste

Instructions

  1. Keep the water to boil.
  2. Add less than half spoon tea leaves and sugar. Crush the pepper grain and put in water along with crushed ginger. Put in slow flame and let it boil.
  3. When the water looks dark and smells of ginger and spices, turn it off.
  4. serve
