ABOUT Vanilla Orange Cupcakes RECIPE

A soft buttery delicious cupcakes

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Flour 2 cups
  2. Sugar 1 1/2 cup
  3. Baking powder 2.5 tsp
  4. Salt 1 tsp
  5. Butter 3/4 cup
  6. Orange juice 1 cup
  7. Vanilla essence 1.5 tsp
  8. Eggs 3
  9. Orange zest 1tsp

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 175 °C
  2. In a large bowl sieve flour ,baking powder and salt
  3. Beat sugar and butter till creamy
  4. Add egg and whip
  5. Add vanilla essence and zest
  6. Add half of flour and fresh juice and mix slowly on a low speed
  7. Then add everything left
  8. Pour in a cupcake lined tins
  9. Bake till toothpick inserted comes out clean
  10. Apply melted Nutella all over cupcakes
  11. Decorate your cupcakes with fondant as you wish
