Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. Peach 250gms
  2. 1/2 cup orange juice
  3. Flesh of 1 half peach cut into 1 cm cubes
  4. Peach tinned 250gms (You can use mango )
  5. 1 1/2 cup water
  6. 1/4 cup sugar
  7. 1 tsp agar ( add more if you want a thick jelly)
  8. 2/3 cup coconut milk
  9. 2/3 cup Water
  10. 1/3 cup sugar
  11. 1/2 tsp agar agar

Instructions

  1. Blend the peaches with sugar orange juice until smooth.
  2. In a small pot ,add water and agar agar powder and stir .bring to full boil making sure agar agar has melted properly.add peach puree and whisk well until smooth .
  3. Remove from heat and taste. Add sugar if needed. if you want to pour the mixture into a mould you can use individual cups too.add 1 cm peaches and let it set in the fridge for 15 to 20 min or until the sides set.
  4. For the coconut layer In a small pot combine agar agar and stir boil to full add sugar and Coconut milk and let it boil remove from heat if the peach mixture is set add coconut mixture slowly to the set peach and let this also set once set cut into cubes and serve
