ABOUT Dates Fudge RECIPE

A tasty and healthy sweet made of dry fruits.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Dates 250 grams
  2. Cashew 50 grams
  3. Almonds 25 grams
  4. Pistachois 25 grams
  5. Ghee 1 tablespoon
  6. Poppy seeds 2tbsp

Instructions

  1. Cut the dates into small pieces.
  2. Make small pieces of the dry fruits.
  3. Dry roast them separately on a low flame until crisp. Keep them aside.
  4. Dry roast the poppy seeds until it is crunchy. Let cool.
  5. Grind the dates to a paste.
  6. Take a pan and put ghee into it. Heat it, once it melts, put the dates paste to it and saute for a few minutes. Put the roasted nuts into it and mix well. Remove from flame.
  7. Grease your hands with a little ghee and roll it into cylindrical shape.
  8. Roll it in poppy seeds and keep it in the refrigerator to set for two hours.
  9. Remove and cut into pieces. Dates fudge is ready to serve.
