ABOUT Fresh Fruit Rabri RECIPE

You can serve it as a snack or an after-meal dessert. Traditional rabri can be pretty heavy because of its high sugar content.

Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Milk 1 liter
  2. Sugar 1/2 cup or less
  3. Cardamom powder 2 pinch
  4. Kiwi ½ cup
  5. Orange(pieces) ¼ cup
  6. Apple(pieces) ½ cup
  7. Banana(pieces) ¼ cup

Instructions

  1. Boil 1 liter milk until it is reduced to ½ liter comes to thick consistency.
  2. Add sugar and boil again until it is thick.
  3. Add cardamom powder and mix it, switch off flame, later transfer into a bowl and allow it cool.
  4. Place in refrigerator until it is chilled.
  5. Remove apple peel and cut into pieces and place in water.
  6. Take a bowl, add kiwi, orange, apple, banana and on its top pour this rabri mixture and mix nicely.
  7. Serve chilled.
