Very easy and a great dessert

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Meringue cookies 5
  2. Strawberries 250gms
  3. Whipped cream 1 cup
  4. For strawberry sauce - 125 gms strawberries
  5. 4 tbsp sugar
  6. 1/2 tsp lime juice

Instructions

  1. Whip cream and add cut strawberries (125 gms) and also add crushed meringue cookies.
  2. For strawberry sauce, Combine everything and cook strawberries till it becomes mushy. blend and pass through a strainer.
  3. Serve with strawberry sauce
