Ingredients Serving: 4

Watermelon chopped into cubes - 4 cups
Juice of 2 Green Juicy limes
1 lime (cut into wedges)
1 Cup of fresh /Mineral water
1/4 cup Fresh mint leaves
1/4 tsp Sea Salt/Pink Himalayan Salt.
Ice cubes (optional)
watermelon balls made using melon scooper
Toothpicks for presentation.(optional)

Instructions

Cut and chop the watermelon into small cubes.Add to a blender with the juice of 2 limes and 1 cup of mineral/fresh water and blend till very smooth.
Strain the liquid through a fine mesh sieve using a spatula/spoon into a clean pitcher/jug and press to get down all the juice from the pulp.(as much as you can !!)
Add some fresh Mint leaves , Ice cubes & Pink Himalayan salt and mix well. Watermelon Aqua Fresca is ready to Serve. Enjoy :):))
