Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Suji/ rawa 1cup
  2. Refined flour( maida) 1/2cup
  3. Carrot 2
  4. French beans 50gms
  5. Peas 100 gms
  6. Cabbage 1( small)
  7. Dried mango powder 1/2 tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
  10. Salt
  11. Coriander leaves

Instructions

  1. Fry suji in a pan with some oil.
  2. Cut all the vegetables in fine pieces and peel off the peas.
  3. In an another pan put some oil and fry all the vegetables .
  4. Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, dried mango powder and salt.
  5. Add fried suji to the vegetables.
  6. Now put a mixture of maida and water to the prepared masala and mix it properly.
  7. Make balls of this and deep fry into hot oil.
  8. Serve the upma cutlet with some chaat masala.
