Ingredients to make Fruit Plate Brunch

  • rice 2 cups
  • strawberry 4
  • Kiwi 1
  • pomegranate seed 2 cups
  • ghee/oil 1/2 tsp
  • cumin seed 1tsp
  • mustard seed 1 tsp
  • black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • salt as per taste
  • green chilli 1
  • 1 avocado
  • 1 tomato
  • roasted cumin seed/ powder
  • 4 Bread slices
  • basil seeds 2 tsp
  • 1 lime
  • coriander leaves for garnishing
  • 2 tsp salted butter
  • 2 tsp grated mozzarella cheese

How to make Fruit Plate Brunch

  1. For avocado chutney - Peel avocado, cut the slices, chop tomato, add salt, black paper, cumin seed 1/2 tsp lime juice and grind to make a smooth paste. Chutney is ready
  2. For fruit pulao - First, prepare half cooked rice. Now heat ghee in a frying pan, add cumin seeds mustard seeds, green chili, and now add chopped strawberry, kiwi cook it for 1/2 minute, add rice, salt black paper and pomegranate seeds.
  3. Fruit pulao is ready garnish with coriander leaves
  4. For pomegranate basil seed drink - keep basil seed in 1/2 cup of water for 10 mins meanwhile use blender to make pomegranate juice, add pomegranate seed 1/2 tsp lime juice and blend it, strain it.
  5. Add basil seeds with pomegranate juice and your drink is ready.
  6. For Sandwiches - spread cheese on the bread slices. Now use a knife to spread avocado chutney layer in the second bread slice and keep both slices together. Heat your fry pan add butter on pan and toast it from both the sides
  7. All the four elements are ready. Fruit pulao, avocado chutney, pomegranate drink and avocado cheese sandwich :)
