ABOUT Veggie Oats RECIPE

A very nutritious diet that helps in reducing weight

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. 250 gms oats
  2. Veggie of your choice
  3. 2 carrots chopped
  4. 1/2 cup cauliflower florets
  5. 1chopped onion
  6. 2chopped tomatoes
  7. 1bunch spinach
  8. 2 tsp ginger garlic paste
  9. 1tsp each red chilli powder and turmeric powder
  10. 3 cups water
  11. rock salt to taste

Instructions

  1. First wash then Chop the spinach well
  2. Take 2 tsp oil in pressure cooker
  3. Add 1 tsp jira, Heeng ,add onions
  4. Saute them well,add chopped tomatoes & the spices
  5. Add all the vegetables & cook for 3 whistles
  6. Serve hot with curd
