The Green Devil

Ingredients to make The Green Devil

  • 1 bunch spinach (200g)
  • 1 medium sized cucumber (Unpeeled is better)
  • 50g coriander leaves
  • 50g mint leaves
  • Big chunk of fresh pineapple
  • 2 cloves of garlic
  • 1/2 inch piece of ginger
  • Juice of one lemon

How to make The Green Devil

  1. Blend all the ingredients well, adding just enough water or any unsweetened juice to adjust consistency.
  2. Do not strain.
  3. Pour in a tall glass and have this on empty stomach.

Try to soak veggies for twenty minutes if not using organic.
