Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Chopped Bananas 2-3
  2. Chopped strawberries 4-5
  3. Dates chopped 5-6
  4. Water as about 1/4 th cup

Instructions

  1. Chop and freeze the bananas for 30 mins.
  2. Now chop the strawberries and dates. keep few date pieces for garnishing.
  3. In a Blender add the bananas, strawberries, and dates , and add 1/4 cup water. Start your blender slowly, then increase the speed, blend until smooth .
  4. Pour it in your favorite glass add few pieces of chopped dates. Serve
