ABOUT Healthy Juice RECIPE

Orange, Amala and Carrot Juice with Mint , Ginger and Tulsi juice to boost resistance

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For 1 glass juice
  2. Oranges 2
  3. Amala 2
  4. Carrot 1
  5. Ginger grated 1 tsp
  6. Mint leaves 5 to 7
  7. Tulsi leaves fresh 4 to 5
  8. Zeera powder/ roasted zeera 1/ 2 tsp
  9. 5 spice powder ( optional ) a pinch

Instructions

  1. Chop Carrot, Peel Oranges, chop. Amala
  2. Add mint, Tulsi , Ginger and make juice of all ingredients.
  3. Garnish with Mint leaves and Roasted zeera.
