This batch of oatmeal cookies uses no butter and is loaded with fiber to help with your weight loss goals.If you are doubting the taste of these oatmeal munchies, then better try this batch out and find it out for yourself. Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 1/2 cup- whole wheat flour
  2. 1 cup- oatmeal flour
  3. 4 tsp- olive oil
  4. 3 tsp- hung curd/Greek Yogurt
  5. 2 tsp- honey
  6. 2 tbsp-sugar/Jaggery powder (more or less depending on your taste)
  7. 1/2 tsp- Baking soda
  8. Roasted sesame seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Sieve oatmeal and whole wheat flour along with baking soda.
  2. Add sesame seeds.
  3. In a food processor, add olive oil, hung curd, sugar, and honey.
  4. Add both flours to the processor.
  5. Do you get a smooth ball of dough? We need semi-soft dough. If it feels dry, add 1 tbsp more of hung curd.
  6. Keep aside wrapped in an aluminum foil for 30 minutes.
  7. Roll out on a dusted surface or counter top.
  8. Give desired shapes and patterns.
  9. Preheat the oven or microwave convection at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  10. Place cookies at an even distance on a greased baking tray.
  11. Bake for 15-16 minutes at 180 degrees C.
  12. Take out the cookies on a cooling rack and store in an airtight container.
