Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. Wheat flour-2 cups
  2. Butter-1 and1/4th cup
  3. Sugar-1/4 cup
  4. Salt-1 tbsp
  5. Milk-3 to 4 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Mix wheat flour and melted butter,powdered sugar,salt.
  2. Knead a medium soft dough by adding milk gradually as needed.
  3. Keep this dough covered for 20 minutes.
  4. Make ball and roll the dough into about half inch thick roti.
  5. Cut cookies with cookie cutter or bottle cap.
  6. Preheat oven at 180 degrees C for 10 minutes.
  7. Keep all cookies in greased pan and bake for 12 minutes initially.Check for golden colour and then can again start oven for 2 minutes till u get the golden colour.Mine were done in around 16 minutes.
  8. Put the next batch in the oven.Your healthy wheat flour cookies are ready,that too without any raising agent.
