Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 3/4 cup Strong and chilled green tea
  2. 1/8 tsp Cayenne pepper
  3. 2-3 tbsp Lemon juice
  4. 2 tsp Agave nectar
  5. 1 Small pear (peeled and chopped)
  6. 2 tbsp Fat-free plain yogurt
  7. 6-8 Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Blend all together and serve chilled.
