  1. Readymade pooris - 6
  2. Sweetcorn - 2 tbsp
  3. Grated carrots - 2 tbsp
  4. Buttermilk - 2 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Arrange the 6 pooris in one plate. Make a hole in each poori.
  2. Stuff with sweet corn and grated carrots.
  3. Drizzle buttermilk on stuffed pooris.
  4. Serve it.
