Method: . 1.Take 200 gm maida and baking pdr and sieve it.
2.Take a bowl and put maida and sieved baking pdr. Add butter and mix it well. Now add sugar pdr.
3. Add one egg and beat the mixture and now add another egg and beat well
4..Grease cake tin with butter and put half batter in it. Than put 10 to 15 small gulab Jamun into batter. now put another layer of the batter over it so that gulab Jamun is fully covered.
5.Preheat microwave oven and place the cake batter inside it.
6.Put the oven in cake mode, after 25min to see if cake is well baked, take a stick and insert into the cake. If it comes out clean , then cake is well baked, otherwise bake again for 5min. . Take the cake out of the oven and cool.
7. Take icing sugar, milk and butter. Mix well. Brush the cake with this mixture.
8.Now take the gulab Jamuns and cut each into two pieces and place over the cafe's surface. Gulab Jamun Cake is ready to be enjoyed.
