Ingredients Serving: 6

  1. Cooking spray as required
  2. Eggs 6
  3. Milk 1/4 cup
  4. Salt 1/8 tsp
  5. Black pepper, ground 1/8 tsp
  6. Paneer diced 10-12
  7. Cheddar cheese, shredded 1/4 cup

Instructions

  1. Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray and preheat oven to 315 F.
  2. Whisk the egg and milk together in a bowl ,season with salt and pepper and paneer, dice the bell pepper in to small pieces .
  3. Add shredded cheddar cheese to the egg mixture .
  4. Fill muffins cups 3/4 full and bake for 20-25 min.
  5. Until centers are set and no longer runny .
  6. Allow to cool slightly before serving.
