Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Broken oats 3/4 cup
  2. Water 3cups
  3. Salt to taste
  4. Tomato paste 1/2 cup
  5. Chopped vegetables 2 cups
  6. Yellow Zuccini, Mushrooms,Capsicum ,Broccoli or vegetables of your choice
  7. Ginger garlic paste 1tsp
  8. Olive oil 1tbs
  9. Black pepper
  10. Chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook oats with water and salt for twenty minutes.
  2. In a pan heat oil add ginger garlic paste and cook for a minute. Add tomato paste cook for another two minutes.
  3. Add chopped vegetables saute for 5to7minutes add salt and pepper. Now open cooker of oats add vegetables . Cook for another 5minutes add chopped parsley and serve hot .
