Spinach is ideal for weight loss, accompanied with wadis makes it even more healthy.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Spinach 1/2kg
  2. Garlic chopped 1 tsp
  3. Wadis 6-8 fried in little oil.
  4. Oil 2 tsp for frying wadis +2 tbs for preparing veggie.
  5. Cumin seeds 1 tsp
  6. Turmeric powder 1 tsp
  7. Coriander powder 1 1/2tsp
  8. chilli powder 1 tsp
  9. Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop spinach .
  2. Fry the wadis in 2 tsp oil till golden brown.
  3. In a pan heat oil crackle cumin seeds, add chopped garlic .
  4. Add all the spices and salt and chopped spinach.
  5. Cook spinach in slow flame, add wadis over it and again layer it with spinach, cook for about 15-20 minutes, till it is completely cooked.

Awesome recipe, i like it. The picture has bad contrast, too much lighting
