Very near to choco lava cake in taste and ready in 30 minutes only.

Ingredients Serving: 8

  1. All purpose flour 2 1/2 cups
  2. Caster sugar 1 1/2 cups
  3. Cocoa powder 1cup
  4. Fruit salt 1tsp
  5. Butter 1cup
  6. 3 eggs
  7. Baking powder 2tsp
  8. Soda water 1/2cup
  9. Apple cider vinegar 1tsp
  10. Curd 1tbsp
  11. Chocolate shavings

Instructions

  1. Sift together dry ingredients in a bowl ie; all purpose flour,cocoa,baking powder and keep aside.
  2. Cream up the butter, curd and castor sugar with hand blender.
  3. Blend eggs one by one with butter-sugar mixture .
  4. Add dry ingredients gradually into this eggs mixture and keep blending to make a smooth batter.
  5. Now add vinegar and keep blending.
  6. Butter two 8-inch-square cake pan and pre heat microwave for 3minutes.
  7. Finally add fruit salt to foam up your cake mixture.
  8. Pour over this foaming batter to already greased pan and bake for 30minutes on micro -convec mode.
  9. After checking through the tooth pick test. Cool the baked cake on rack.
  10. Finally spray over the soda water to maintain the moisture.
  11. Decorate with chocolate shavings.
