Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For batter :
  2. Gram flour 2 cups
  3. semolina 1/4 cup
  4. salt as per taste
  5. lemon juice 1 tbspn
  6. Fruit salt 1 packet
  7. Ginger- chilly paste 1 tbspn
  8. turmeric powder 1 teaspoon
  9. asafoetida 1 teaspoon
  10. For Tempering :
  11. Sesame seeds 1 tea spn
  12. Mustard seeds 1 tea spn
  13. Green chillies slit 2 pieces
  14. Curry leaves 5 to 8 leaves
  15. sugar 1 tbspn
  16. water 2 tbspn
  17. coriander leaves few

Instructions

  1. Mix besan properly adding little water . Then add rawa , ginger chilly paste , salt , sugar , turmeric powder .Whisk well .
  2. Keep aside for ten minutes. Batter should be of pouring consistency.Add fruit salt n put in microwave safe greased tray @ 900 degree for 2 mins . Check with knife if it sticks keep again for 2 to 3 mins. Let it cool.
  3. Once it's cooled cut into pieces and then we will do tempering by taking oil then adding mustard seeds , sesame seeds , asafoetida , curry leaves , sugar and water .
  4. Garnish with coriander leaves.
