ABOUT Koshimbir/Salad RECIPE

The best way to consume fibers/raw veggies . One can have in dinner/ lunch or as a side dish.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Tomatoes 2 medium sized chopped
  2. Radish grated 1 medium cup
  3. Season's carrot grated 1 medium cup
  4. Cabbage grated 1 medium cup
  5. Cucumber grated 1 medium cup
  6. Green chilli chopped 1
  7. Coriander leaves chopped 2 tea spoons
  8. Roasted peanut's powder 2 table spoons
  9. For tempering-
  10. Oil 1 tea spoon
  11. Mustard seeds 1/2 tea spoon
  12. Cumin seeds 1/2 teaspoon
  13. Turmeric powder 1/4 tea spoon
  14. Red chili powder 1/4 tea spoon
  15. Coriander powder 1 tea spoon
  16. Hing a pinch
  17. Sugar 1/2 tea spoon
  18. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. In a bowl mix all veggies well.
  2. Add salt , sugar and peanut powder.
  3. For tempering heat oil in a small wok.
  4. Add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, hing, turmeric powder, coriander powder, red chilli powder one by one
  5. Add this tadka to the mixed veggies.
  6. Mix well, garnish and serve.
