ABOUT Fruity Sandwich RECIPE

Instead of using bread slices for sandwich use apple or pineapple as base abd combine it with layer of oats, cornflakes & peanut butter and here comes the yummy fruity sandwich.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Oats, Cornflakes,Raisins and museli mix - 1 cup
  2. Green apple 1
  3. Red apple 1
  4. Peanut butter 3 tsp
  5. Cinnamon a pinch


  1. Combine the oats, museli, cornflakes mix with cinnamon in a dry skillet over medium heat and toast, stirring occasionally,.
  2. Toast until the oats are light golden brown.
  3. Cool before using.
  4. Core and slice the apple into 6 rounds.
  5. Slice the apple first and then cut out the centers with a small cookie cutter or knife.
  6. Spread peanut butter on half of the apple slices
  7. sprinkle with museli mix.
  8. Top with the remaining apple slices to form sandwiches.
  9. If you are not eating the apple right away, you can brush it with lemon juice to prevent browning.
