Skinny chocolate brownies are the perfect guilt free chocolate fix for your sweet cravings!

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 3/4 up all-purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
  3. 1/2 tsp. Baking soda
  4. Pinch of salt
  5. 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt (or low-fat sour cream
  6. 2 cup unsweetened applesauce
  7. 100 gms semi-sweet chocolate, melted
  8. 2 large eggs
  9. 2 Tbsp. canola oil
  10. 2 ounces semi-sweet or milk chocolate, chopped

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 180. Grease a 8x8 inch square pan with cooking oil then line with a strip of parchment paper.
  2. In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, cocoa, salt and baking soda.
  3. In another medium bowl, stir together brown sugar, applesauce, greek yogurt, melted chocolate, eggs and oil. Add the flour mixture and stir until just moistened.
  4. pour the batter in greased cake pan. Sprinkle the top with the chopped chocolate pieces.
  5. Bake until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out with only a few moist crumbs attached, about 30-35 minutes.
