Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. 1 ripe banana/mango peeled and chopped
  2. 1/4 Cup Oats
  3. 2tbsp almonds chopped
  4. 1/4 cup thick yoghurt cold
  5. 1/4 cup cold milk
  6. 1tbsp Honey

Instructions

  1. Blend all the ingredients with a hand blender till the mixture thickens
  2. Pour in a tall glass.
  3. Garnish with more 2 silvered almonds and 1/2 tsp oatmeal. Serve cold..
