ABOUT Red Masala Fish RECIPE

This recipe is very simple, but at the same time very yummy too. Try this healthy and with very little oil dish.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Fish fillets 500 gm
  2. Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  3. Grind together:
  4. whole red chilies-soaked in vinegar for 1 hour 2-3
  5. Vinegar 2 tbsp
  6. Besan (dry roasted) 2Tbsp
  7. Garlic - chopped 1 Tbsp
  8. Onion - chopped 1/4 cup
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Cloves 4
  11. peppercorns 4
  12. Cinnamon - broken to small pieces 1TSP
  13. Javitri 1/2 inch

Instructions

  1. Marinate the fish in the ground paste and lemon juice for an hour.
  2. Place a saucer like plate in a dish.
  3. Arrange the fillets over it, with the thicker pieces outwards.
  4. Cook uncovered at HI for 8 minutes, turning the fillets half way through. Brush with oil .
  5. Transfer fillets into a serving dish. And serve with salad and dip of your choice.
