ABOUT Soya Burji Salad RECIPE

Tried a new version of the soya bhurji and turned out simply amazing. An easy fuss free recipe that can be served with chapati or can be eaten on its own.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Minced Soya 1cup
  2. Chopped onions 2
  3. Chopped chillies 4
  4. Onion powder 1tsp
  5. Garlic powder 1tsp
  6. Salt accordingly
  7. Black pepper 1tsp
  8. Cornflour 2tsp
  9. Olive oil or vegetable oil for frying
  10. For garnishing
  11. Finger size chopped beet and carrot
  12. Cabbage leaf

Instructions

  1. Take one bowl add all above ingredients together and mix well.
  2. Add corn flour and give it a good mix.
  3. Heat oil in a pan , add above mixture and saute for 5-10 mins .
  4. Garnish with some chopped onion.
  5. Soya burji salad is ready to be served.
