ABOUT Complete Salad Curtido RECIPE

Curtido's variation . Nothing different from the original recipe except that it involves a lot of veggies . Delicious and surprisingly , children enjoy it too .

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. 2 red onions ; thinly sliced
  2. 2 tomatoes ; thinly sliced
  3. 1 large cucumber ; thinly sliced
  4. 1 capsicum ; thinly sliced
  5. 1 small bunch of lettuce ; thinly sliced
  6. 2 tbsp coriander or cilantro ; chopped
  7. salt to taste
  8. 1 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

  1. Cut up all of the veggies into thin slices .
  2. In a separate bowl , add in the onions along with the salt and keep aside for 30 minutes.
  3. When done , add in the other veggies and add salt to your taste if required.
  4. Add in the oil and toss everything to ensure that it is well coated .
  5. Serve with any dish !
