Its always fun to make a fusion dish, so bringing the italian flavours into the desi paratha to make it interesting and yummy to eat.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Whole wheat flour- 2 cup
  2. Salt to taste
  3. Grated cheese-1.5 cup
  4. Capsicum green ,red( sliced) 2
  5. Onions sliced-2
  6. Olives - 6-7
  7. oil
  8. Herbs [oregano, basil, thyme or rosemary]
  9. Pizza sauce
  10. Desi ghee

Instructions

  1. Knead a semi soft dough using wheat flour, oil, salt and water. Let it rest for 15 minutes.
  2. In a mixing bowl, add all the vegetables, salt, herbs and cheese. Mix everything together and keep aside.
  3. Now divide the dough into equal sized balls, roll each one to form a roti. Spread the pizza sauce on each of the rolled roti, sprinkle generous amounts of the vegetable & cheese mixture on half of the roti. Bring the other part of the roti on top of it to seal it.
  4. Shallow fry this stuffed paratha on a tawa with desi ghee.
  5. Prantha is ready to be served, cut into pieces and serve with some tomato sauce.
