ABOUT Coconut Wheat Cookies RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. 1 cup wheat flour
  2. 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  3. 1 tbsp granular sugar
  4. 1/4 cup desiccated coconut
  5. 1/3 cup ghee
  6. pinch of salt
  7. 2 tbsp milk

Instructions

  1. Pre-heat oven @180 `C for 10 min. Beat ghee and powdered sugar till soft.
  2. Add all ingredients except granular sugar and form a soft dough. Add remaining sugar.
  3. Make small balls and flatten to form a cookie shape.
  4. Place on a greased baking tray and bake for 25-30 min @180`C or till slight brown, flipping over after 10 min.
  5. They will be soft when hot and crispy when cold.
