ABOUT Kaju cookies RECIPE

Ingredients Serving: 10

  1. 60 grams sugar
  2. 120 grams maida
  3. 100 grams butter
  4. 15 cashews grounded to make a powder

Instructions

  1. Take a bowl, mix in the butter and sugar.
  2. Add in maida along with cashew powder and make a dough of this.
  3. Make the shape of the cookies as per your desire.
  4. Bake at 180 degree celsius for 15-20 minutes.
