Ingredients to make Koshimbir/Salad

  • cucumber chopped 1 cup
  • tomato chopped 1 cup
  • Green chilli chopped 1
  • pomegranate pearls 2-3 tablespoon
  • sugar 1/2 teaspoon
  • Roasted peanuts ground coarsely 1 tablespoon
  • Hung curd 1/2 cup
  • Black salt as per taste
  • chat masala as per taste
  • For decoration
  • Zucchini slices thin 5-6
  • Grated carrot 1
  • coriander leaves

How to make Koshimbir/Salad

  1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients
  2. For decoration place some zucchini slices filled with grated carrot (with pinch of salt ) and coriander leaves

My Tip:

You can add little cream too to inhence taste
