Berry smoothie healthy drink loaded with Antioxidants

Ingredients Serving: 5

  1. Blueberry 1/2 cup
  2. Cranberry 1/2cup
  3. Strawberry 1/2cup
  4. Vanilla yogurt or regular Curd 1/2-1 cup
  5. Low fat milk as required by your consistency
  6. Honey as required

Instructions

  1. Wash all berries and blend them into smooth paste
  2. Add Curd and milk as required and add honey if u needed, if berries are sweeter u don't need to add honey and blend them into perfect smoothie
  3. If u want u can add ice cubes
