Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. Barley seeds-2 tbsp
  2. Methi leaves chopped-1/2 cup
  3. Veggies -1/2 cup chopped fine
  4. Cinnamon stick -1 piece
  5. Bay Leaf-1 no
  6. Corn flour paste -1 tsp or more for thickness
  7. Onion-1 chopped fine
  8. Jeera-1 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder-2 tsp
  10. Oil-1 tsp
  11. salt as per taste

Instructions

  1. Pressure cook barley, veggies with little salt.
  2. Now take pan, add oil, bay leaf, onion cinnamon stick, Methi leaves, Jeera saute well.
  3. Add the cooked veggies along with barley and required quantity of water.
  4. Now add the corn flour paste, mix well and bring it to boil.
  5. Serve hot
