ABOUT Oats,Chickpea Slaw RECIPE

Oats are low in saturated fats, sodium and cholesterol it is verylow in calorieand helps in weight loss and maintenance of optimum health. Chickpeas are stacked with thinning safe starch where as yogurt is an excellent source of protein and the amino acid present in yogurt helps in burning fat.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Chickpea 1 cup ( boiled)
  2. Hung yogurt 2 tbsp
  3. Cucumber 1/2 cup (grated without seeds)
  4. Carrot 1 ( grated)
  5. Tomato veggie oats (roasted) 3 tbsp
  6. salt as needed
  7. Black pepper powder As needed
  8. Green chilly chopped 1
  9. Roasted peanuts 1 tbsp
  10. Walnuts 1 tbsp

Instructions

  1. Take a big bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well. Sprinkle some oats, walnuts and green chilly on top of it.
  2. Oats chickpeas slaw is ready to serve.
