ABOUT Mix fruit smoothie.. RECIPE

This is fruits & vegetable smoothie in layers, a mixture of smoothies to make one glass of power packed goodness.

Ingredients Serving: 4

  1. Apple peeled and chopped 1/2cup
  2. Almonds 7-8
  3. Grapes 1/2cup
  4. Spinach 1/4 th cup
  5. Orange 1 peeled
  6. Carrot grated 3 tbsp
  7. Curd 1.5 cup
  8. Honey 3 tbsp
  9. Milk 1.5 cups

Instructions

  1. Blend the apples and almonds together 1st, using a blender.
  2. Blend the apples, almonds together and then add the 1/2 cup of milk, 1/2 cup of curd and 1 tbsp of honey to the jar, blend once more to mix everything together.
  3. Now blend the grapes and spinach together , and then add 1/2 cup of milk/ 1/2 cup of curd and 1 tbsp of honey into the jar, blend everything together.
  4. For the orange smoothie, blend the orange, carrots, with 1/2 cup of milk 1/2 cup of curd 1 tbsp of honey together.
  5. Now carefully pour the 3 smoothies into a glass in layers and serve chilled.
