Grains have a purpose to provides us good dose of energy.It have amount of fiber,protein and carbohydrate which keeping us feel fuller for longer and stop our carving to eat more,so this is enable us to eat less and achieve weight loss.It's tasty,comforting,high protein high fibrour,velvety and low fat soup

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 cup dried soya grain and sprouted
  2. 1/2 cup moong and moth soked and sprouted
  3. 1 and 1/2 tsp whole wheat grain soaked
  4. 1 and 1/2 tsp barley grain soaked
  5. 1full bowl of peeled and diced mix vegetable(carrot,beans,zucchini)
  6. 2 tomato medium size and 1green chilli grind
  7. 2 tsp tomato ketchup
  8. 1litre vegetable stock
  9. 1/4 tsp ground allspice
  10. 1 medium size onion diced
  11. 2-3 garlic clove crushed
  12. Pinch of sugar
  13. Salt to taste
  14. 1 and 1/2 tsp barley flour
  15. 1 medium boiled potato diced
  16. 1tsp extra virgin olive oil
  17. 1/2 cup fresh coriender and few coriender stem

Instructions

  1. Already soaked and sprouted soya and other grains,vegetable stock,grind tomato paste,allspice in large saucepan.
  2. Add all diced vegetable,onion, coriender,garlic and sugar and bring to boil over high heat,reduced heat to low and cook covered for till beans are tender.
  3. When beans tender add boiled potato,ketchup and barley flour in it.
  4. Now taste and season with salt and pepper.
  5. Ladle into serving bowl drizzle olive oil and garnish with fresh coriender leaves,serve immediately.
