ABOUT GREEN BHAJI RECIPE

Although this dish does not have spicy spices or chillies int, this is something which is extremely healthy and contains all the necessary nutrients that we get in the green vegetables. Make this at home with easy recipe and serve with some roti or a side dish with some dal & rice.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Methi leaves 1/2 cup
  2. Radish leaves 2cups
  3. Radish cut finely 3/4 cup
  4. Spring onion 1/2 cup
  5. Potato flakes 3 tablespoon
  6. Water 3/4 cup
  7. Salt to taste
  8. Turmeric 1/4 cup
  9. Oil ,1 tsp

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients in a pressure cooker with required amount of water.
  2. On high heat cook it till it gives out 4 whistles and release the steam.
  3. Now cook vegetables on low heat till it everything is mixed and mashed well.
  4. Do not overcook it.
