Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Carrot - 1 no. chopped
  2. Coconut (Scrape) - 1 cup
  3. Tomato - 1 no chopped
  4. Coriander leaves - 2 tbs chopped
  5. Garlic - 5 cloves chopped
  6. FOR SOUP:
  7. Basil leaf dried - 1 tsp
  8. Butter - 1tsp
  9. Oil - 1 tsp
  10. Garlic chopped - 1 tsp
  11. Green Chilli chopped - 1 no
  12. Green Chilli chopped - 1 no
  13. Salt to taste Pepper
  14. FOR AVOCADO VARTA:
  15. Basil leaves - 1 tsp dried
  16. Avocado - 1/2 pulp mashed
  17. Boiled Potato - 1 nos mashed
  18. Milk - 1/2 cup
  19. Pepper - 1/2 tsp
  20. Salt to taste
  21. Butter - 1 tbsp
  22. FOR CHICKEN:-
  23. Turmeric - 1 tsp
  24. Boneless Chicken - 200 gm
  25. Parsley leaf - 1 tsp
  26. Salt to taste
  27. Curd - 1 Tbsp
  28. Chopped Garlic - 5 cloves
  29. Chopped green chilli - 1no.
  30. Butter - 1 tsp
  31. Onion-garlic-ginger paste - 1 tbsp
  32. for salad - Alfa Alfa spout and cucumber
  33. Olive oil- 1tbsp

Instructions

  1. FOR SOUP: Take coconut, carrot, tomato and all the above ( grinding ingredients) and make a fine paste. Heat a karai with little olive oil and butter. Put chopped garlic, stir it, cook it for 2 minutes.
  2. Add one cup of water, lemon grass, salt, sugar, chilli, pepper and gently cook for 5 minutes. Further, add coconut mixed paste, allow it to simmer, cover it for 5 minutes. Stain this mixture, stir in lime juice, check the seasoning and read
  3. FOT AVOCADO VARTA: Heat the butter, then add mashed potato and avocado, salt, pepper. Mix well and cook for 2 minutes. Then add milk and turn a few times till well blended. Add basil leaf, mix properly.
  4. FOR CHICKEN: Marinate the chicken with salt, turmeric, onion, ginger garlic paste, curd for about 10 minutes. Heat a karai with olive oil and butter. Add chopped garlic, stir it.
  5. Then add marinated chicken, stir it properly. Cover it for 3 minutes. Then add parsley leaves, chilli, kalimirchi and stir it again properly. Cook till chicken turns soft.
  6. Now platter is ready. Assemble it, garnish with cucumber strips and Alfa Alfa sprouts.
