ABOUT Chocolate mousse RECIPE

This a delicious chocolatey dessert made with chocolate brownie and topped with chocolate mousse.

Ingredients Serving: 1

  1. For brownie :
  2. 1/4 cup flour
  3. 3 tablespoons cocoa power
  4. 2 tablespoons sugar
  5. 4 tablespoons milk
  6. 2 tablespoons oil
  7. For mousse :
  8. Heavy Whipping Cream 1 cup
  9. 1/2 cup chopped dark chocolate
  10. For decoration :
  11. dark chocolate

Instructions

  1. Mix ingredients for brownie in a bowl and pour it into a greased brownie tin and bake at 180c for 5 min in a microwave oven. Or until done. Cut a circle out of it and keep it aside.
  2. Heat a pan, add cream and chocolate and whisk until chocolate is melted. Now let it chill for 1 hr. in fridge. After 1 hour whip it using a electric mixer until fluffy. keep it aside.
  3. Now melt the chocolate and pour it on a plastic sheet and spread it. Use any circular object [ long glass, a big size hard bangle or a cookie cutter] and roll the plastic sheet in it and let the chocolate get hard
  4. After the chocolate is hard carefully take it out of plastic sheet. If it get cracked from anywhere spread little melted chocolate over there.
  5. Now make chocolate shards or peels, using a peeler.
  6. Now first put the brownie and then put the chocolate circle , fill it mousse and put the decorations on top.
