Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 4 hard cooked eggs chopped
  2. 4 tsp low fat hung curd
  3. 4 tsp chopped red bell pepper
  4. 4 tsp chopped yellow bell pepper
  5. 1/2 tsp Curry powder
  6. 1/4 tsp black pepper
  7. 1/2 cup fresh spinach
  8. Few leaves of red cabbage
  9. Salt to taste
  10. 8 slice of whole wheat bread

Instructions

  1. Combine eggs,hung curd,bell pepper,curry powder,salt and pepper in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Place spinach leaves and cabbage leaves on wheat bread top with egg salad.
  3. Serve with orange on the side.
