ABOUT Vegetable Cracked wheat RECIPE

This is a tried & tested recipe where i have seen my sister in law loosing almost 15 kg after her pregnancy with this vegetable cracked wheat recipe.

Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. 1 bowl cracked wheat
  2. 3-4 spring onion
  3. 1 tomato
  4. 1/4 bowl green peas
  5. 1 orange sweet paper
  6. broccoli 2-3 flower
  7. 1 tsp olive oil
  8. 1/2 tsp cumin seed
  9. 1/2 tsp mustard seed
  10. 2 green chili
  11. Coriander leaves for garnishing
  12. SaLt as per test
  13. Turmeric powder 1/2 tsp
  14. Coriander powder 1/2 tsp
  15. water 2 cup if you need more you can use
  16. lemon for serving

Instructions

  1. roast cracked wheat in medium flame until golden brown and keep aside in bowl mean while chop all vegetables
  2. heat oil in pan on medium flame. once hot add mustered seed and cumin seeds and let them pop
  3. now add green chili and all vegetables cook it for 2 min and add roasted cracked wheat with all spices and add water about 2 cup and let them cook
  4. it will take 20 min to cook this and your weight loss recipe is ready garnish with coriander n lemon and serve hot.
