Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. Cooked rice - 1 cup
  2. For Tempering:
  3. Coconut oil - 2 to 3 tbsp
  4. Garlic pods - 4 to 5 (crushed)
  5. Red Chilli powder - 1 to 2 tsp
  6. Handful of Curry leaves

Instructions

  1. Heat 2 to 3 spoons of coconut oil and add in the crushed garlic .Saute till it is golden in colour. Add a handful of curry leaves and mix well .
  2. Switch off the flame, add in salt and red chilli powder to taste followed by the cooked rice .
  3. Toss these ingredients well together. Do a taste test and adjust the spices.
  4. Our garlic rice is ready to be served.
