Ingredients Serving: 2

  1. oats 3/4th cup
  2. Rava 1 cup
  3. atta 1/2 cup
  4. One onion
  5. Green chilli
  6. Coriander leaves
  7. Crushed pepper
  8. Curd 1 cup
  9. Cumin seeds
  10. Salt
  11. oil

Instructions

  1. Take 3/4th cup oats in a mixer to a fine flour.
  2. add 1/2 cup rava.
  3. atta in oats rava mixture.
  4. add chopped onion,chilli,coriander leaves,pepper,jeera.
  5. Add curd.
  6. add water as needed.
  7. mix well..
  8. put salt in it.
  9. keep this mixture for 10 minutes.
  10. On a medium flame heat a non stick pan.
  11. drizzle 1/2 tea spoon oil.
  12. Take a laddle full of batter and spread in tawa.
  13. Once this side is cooked and crisp flip again.
  14. Fold on the tawa itself and remove.
