Ingredients to make Grilled Fish

  • 3 small Fishes (300g)
  • 2 tsp chilli powder
  • 1 1/4 tsp jeera powder
  • 1/8 tsp turmeric powder
  • 1/2 tsp Oregano
  • salt to taste
  • oil to fry

How to make Grilled Fish

  1. Clean and pat dry the fishes using a kitchen towel.
  2. Mix rest of the ingredients adding water except oil.
  3. Marinate the fish with the masala for minimum of 15 minutes.
  4. Grill it using a tsp of oil on stove top or oven.
