Ingredients to make Zero oil egg bhujri

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 medium sized onion chopped
  • 2 medium sized tomato chopped
  • 2 green chillies chopped
  • 1/2tsp salt
  • 1/4tsp crushed pepper
  • 1tbs chopped coriander or any fresh herbs for garnish

How to make Zero oil egg bhujri

  1. Heat a non stick frying pan, add the tomatoes, onion and green chillies. Cook it for 4-5 mins until all the water is released n absorbed.
  2. Make a well like in the centre of the pan by pushing onion tomato towards the edges and crack open the eggs. Scramble and mix well.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Add freshly chopped coriander leaves.
