ABOUT Aaloo Matar Tikki RECIPE

A mixed potato & green peas tikkis, shallow fried, to avoid using oil but equally great in taste.

Ingredients Serving: 3

  1. For 12 tikkis
  2. Boiled and mashed potatoes 4 medium sized
  3. Boiled fresh peas 2 cups
  4. Paneer 1 cuo
  5. Red chili powder 1/2 teaspoon
  6. Turmeric powder 1/2 teaspoon
  7. Amchur powder 1/4 teaspoon
  8. Chat msala 1/2 teaspoon
  9. Salt to taste
  10. Kitchen king masala 1 /2 teaspoon
  11. Chopped green chili
  12. Chopped coriander leaves
  13. Bread crumbs
  14. Butter 3 -4 teaspoon to shallow fry tikkis

Instructions

  1. Mix all above mentioned ingredients except butter
  2. Divide in 12 equal portions
  3. Pat them to make tikkis.
  4. Shallow fry them in to a nonstick skillet on low heat with little butter

Nice receipe. Also Added leftover paneer bhurjee and made the cutlet. Very nice taste.
